Terms of service
Last updated October 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of AI Clothes Changer, an online service that changes the clothes in photos you upload, using AI image models. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
Photos you upload
Upload only photos of yourself, or of another adult who has given you permission to use their photo for this purpose. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18. Garment photos must be images you are allowed to use.
Do not use the service to remove or reduce anyone's clothing, to create nude, sexual, suggestive, underwear, lingerie, swimwear or see-through images, to impersonate or deceive, or to harass or embarrass anyone.
We may refuse, remove or report content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Your images
You keep the rights you have in your uploads. Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use the images you generate for personal and commercial purposes.
Images are generated pictures, not photographs, and do not show how a real garment fits. You are responsible for reviewing each image before you use it and for not presenting it as a photo of a real garment's fit or as someone else's product photo.
Credits and payments
Generations are paid with credits. The credit price is shown before you generate. New accounts receive no free credits. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew until cancelled.
Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
AI Clothes Changer is operated by VIFE Inc.. We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Send them to our designated agent:
Copyright Agent, VIFE Inc., 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Phone: +1 (848) 384-5044. Email: legal@vife.ai.
A notice must include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as its URL; (4) your address, telephone number and email address; (5) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send our agent a counter-notification with: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material and the location where it appeared before it was removed; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district of your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which VIFE Inc. may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice or their agent. Unless the complainant tells us it has filed a court action, we restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notification.
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)). In appropriate circumstances we terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
